Dr. Dan’s athletic and military pursuits prompted his curiosity and interest in optimizing the body's performance, which led him to enroll at Northwestern Health Science University where he earned his doctorate in chiropractic. He has practiced since 1997 and purchased Uptown Natural Care Center in 2004.

Dr. Dan has completed seven marathons and enjoys treating endurance athletes, runners, cyclists and swimmers and strives to help every level of athlete perform better. He also treats patients suffering from chronic headaches, planter fasciitis as well as chronic postural and ergonomic issues. Uptown Natural Care Center is a family-based practice where he and his staff help patients of all ages achieve optimal health.

I went 2-3 times a week for treatment. I know that without Dr. Conway I would not be walking. He has adjusted all of my girls as infants and over the years as needed. Dr. Dan is committed to supporting excellence in the chiropractic profession. As a member of the Northwestern Health Science University Clinic Based Internship (CBI) program, he has trained and shared his knowledge with hundreds of interns throughout the years.

Dr. Dan enjoys the diversity of his practice and appreciates the trust and confidence his patients have placed in him through the years. He considers it a privilege to own Uptown Natural Care Center, a practice that has a rich and long history of providing excellent chiropractic care since the 1950’s.

Dr. Dan has passed on his passion for sports to his two sons and spends most of his evenings and weekends attending baseball or hockey games. Summer highlights often include trips to the BWCA with his boys to canoe and fish. Through all seasons, he and his wife enjoy spending time outdoors with friends and neighbors.

Organizations & Memberships

• Dr. Conway has served on the Council of Chiropractic Education (CCE), whose purpose is evaluating standards of education for chiropractic colleges throughout the country, for over ten years.
• He has also proudly served as the Vice President of the South Hennepin Business Association Board of Directors, which promotes strong business relationships in the Uptown, Lowry Hill, and Wedge neighborhoods, for over ten years.
• Dr. Dan served as treasurer of the Burroughs Community School PTA, Minneapolis Millers 12AAA Baseball Team and currently for the Minneapolis Hockey Association Boosters Club.
